Maddie Klingberg brings more than 15 years of administrative expertise to Punch & Associates. She spent 12 years working closely with a Minnesota family whose company developed and supported the software that largely shaped the market for, and set the standard for, fire and EMS incident data collection. Maddie began her tenure as Executive Assistant to the leadership team, where she provided high-level strategic and operational support. She later transitioned into the role of Office Manager for the family office, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless organizational efficiency.
With a lifelong passion for gymnastics and an active lifestyle, Maddie initially pursued studies in exercise and sports science before discovering her true calling as an executive administrative partner—supporting leadership behind the scenes through exceptional organization, strategic collaboration, and dedication. She takes pride in creating structure, streamlining processes, and enabling teams to focus on their highest priorities.
Family is at the center of Maddie’s life. She enjoys spending time at their cabin in northern Minnesota, fishing, cheering on her daughters in hockey and gymnastics, and making memories together. Maddie resides in Lakeville with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog, Riggs.
