Anushka joined Punch & Associates as an Associate Research Analyst on the Investment Team after interning with the firm over two summers in 2024 and 2025.

Anushka grew up in Calcutta, India, and attended the University of Minnesota, where she graduated with high distinction, earning a B.S. in Economics and a B.S.B. in Finance. At University, she was part of the student-managed David S. Kidwell Funds Enterprise as an equity analyst on the healthcare devices & services team. She also served as President of the Economics Student Organization and was a member of the college’s editorial team, where she interviewed people and wrote feature articles.

On the weekends, you can find her taking her camera on long walks, reading whodunit crime novels, watching films at the Main Cinema, and intensely cleaning her apartment.

Gavin joined Punch & Associates in February 2026 as an Associate Research Analyst on the Investment team after completing two internships during the summers of 2024 and 2025. He focuses on analyzing small, publicly listed companies with the goal of understanding the firms’ history, economics, and management teams.

Gavin graduated Magna Cum Laude with high distinction from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Accounting. At the University, he participated in the Value Investing Club and David S. Kidwell Funds Enterprise. In his free time, Gavin enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with family, and reading.
