With more than 28 years of experience in office administration, customer service, and operations support, Lori brings a diverse background in insurance office management and property management administration to her role as Front Office Coordinator at Punch.

Born and raised in California, she recently moved to Minnesota to be closer to family. While she traded the ocean for lakes and rivers, her love for being near the water never changed. Growing up, she enjoyed performing and singing, and today still loves music, reading, and relaxing by any body of water.

She is the proud mother of two adult children and is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for clients and supporting our team with exceptional service, organization, and a positive attitude.
