Small Cap Equity Strategy

The Punch Small Cap Equity Strategy focuses on the smallest publicly traded companies because most other investors do not, and we believe this is where opportunities persist.

Our aim is to identify the highest quality small cap companies which deserve above-market valuations and have the potential to become much larger enterprises.

• We research small companies, one at a time, and we focus our attention on those which are overlooked and undervalued.
• We emphasize under-researched and misunderstood investment opportunities.
• We favor companies with low debt, strong earnings and capable management teams.
• We believe it is possible to achieve superior returns over time while enduring less volatility than a comparable benchmark.

Since its inception, the Small Cap Strategy has outperformed the Russell 2000 Index while also enduring less volatility.  We believe this is indicative of our philosophy's validity and our ability to find, research and invest in those companies which we think present compelling opportunities.
