Alicia Tompkins joined Punch in July 2022 as a Senior Performance Analyst. She brings over 15 years of financial operations experience to our team. Alicia ensures our composites and procedures are GIPS compliant, works on our annual GIPS verifications, and ensures quarterly strategy performance evaluations and presentations are complete, accurate, and timely. She provides monthly internal reporting, oversees reconciliation, month end close, and oversees all data feeding into strategy performance measurement.

Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and an associate’s degree in financial accounting. She holds a certificate in CFA Foundations and is a candidate for the CIPM. Alicia balances her professional responsibilities with a strong commitment to family and community. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her husband and two sons in their academic, athletic, and musical activities. When the weather is nice, she is active outdoors and enjoys golfing, biking, gardening, and summer walks. Winter months are spent indoors playing board games, reading, and listening to records together by the fire.
